New this year, the entire parking lot at The Willows will be reserved to trunk designers and vendors. We will have select handicap parking available onsite for no additional cost. Only vehicles with a PennDOT official handicap placard will be allowed to park onsite.
Dress up in your favorite costume for a fantastic night of Trunk-or-Treating! Our parking lot will be full of spook-tacular trunks with loads of candy, bounce houses, local food trucks, music and more. Plus, don't forget to grab some yummy snacks and drinks courtesy of The Willows Family!
Trick-or-Treaters DO NOT need to buy tickets. However, if you would like a self-guided tour of the mansion, you must purchase a "Mansion Tour" ticket below. Groups of 4-6 may purchase a "Group Mansion Self-Guided Tour" ticket. Please choose the timeslot that works best for you. We ask that you complete your self-guided tour within your timeslot so that everyone has a chance to enjoy the mansion.
Join us for a family friendly dance party all night long in the Grand Ballroom Reception Tent! Grab a bite to eat at one of the local food trucks in attendance, then visit the Willows Bar in the Grand Sperry Ballroom Tent for toasty apple cider or a spooky adult beverage. In the Ballroom Tent you will also find plenty of seating and a rockin' dance party!
Interested in designing your own trunk space? Trunk Designers must reserve their parking spot by purchasing a "Trunk Designer Space" ticket below. Ashcombe Mansion's parking lot will open at 3:00 pm for set up. Trunk Designers must complete set up by 5:00 pm for Trunk-or-Treater arrival at 5:30 pm. We ask that you bring over 1,500 pieces of individually wrapped candy to hand out to Trunk-or-Treaters throughout the evening. For the safety of your guests, all trunks must stay parked until the conclusion of the event at 8:30 pm.
Come with your best decor and your favorite costumes, as Trick-or-Treaters will vote on their favorite trunks throughout the evening! The winner will receive a 3-hour Coffee and Dessert Reception at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion valued at $3,000!
